Join us for a 90 minute webinar that explores three foundational policies of all museum collections. Brian Crockett will explain how to develop Mission and Vision statements that define why your museum exists and its goals for the future. Janice Klein will show how a formal Scope of Collections statement, based on the Mission and Vision, ensures not only good stewardship of the collections, but success in all areas of programming, exhibitions, and research.
