Traditionally reliant on physical visits, museums underwent a rapid transformation during COVID towards virtual platforms.   Stephanie Hartman, Director of Education and Collections Management at Tinker Swiss Cottage Museum and Gardens in Rockford IL, will explore the evolution, successes, challenges, and future prospects of virtual museum education in a post-COVID world, focusing on the work of smaller museums.
