 SCHOLARSHIPS

The Museum Association of Arizona is offering 10 scholarships to the 2019 Spring Conference in Tucson AZ on March 18, 2019   Each scholarship will include registration ($30 for students, volunteers and retired professionals; $50 for museum professionals) and up to $50 in reimbursable travel expenses.   

All applicants must be MAA members (Individual, Student, Volunteer or Retired Professional, or work for an Institutional member). You may join MAA when you submit your application.

Scholarship awardees are required to attend the entire Spring Conference and are asked to report on their experience through tweeting or other social media during the Conference or by writing a summary that can be posted on the MAA blog.

Volunteers and individuals from small museums (with a budget of less than $250,000) are encouraged to apply.

Application deadline is March 1, 2019.   Applicants will be notified of the Committee’s decision by March 10, 2019
